These terms and conditions should be read and understood before demonstrating your acceptance of them by proceeding with the booking.

This is an agreement between Equal Adventure and you. These Terms and Conditions apply to your booking and subsequent matters arising from the application. They aim to outline your obligations as a customer and our obligations to you.

Payments

• Payments can be made by internet, post, or in person.
• Equal Adventure will not take responsibility for any delayed or mislaid postal payments.
• All postal payments must be accompanied by a completed booking form.
• Payments are subject to a 7 day ‘cooling off’ period, which starts from the date the payment is received by Equal Adventure. All payments are non-refundable after the 7 day ‘cooling off’ period, subject to the cancellation policy outlined below.
• Confirmation of your booking will be sent out on receipt of payment.

Concessions

• Concession available for under-16s, students, over 60's
• Concession tickets only valid with photo ID.

Prize Draw

Where a prize draw has been advertised in association with the event, entry into the prize draw and collection of prizes are dependant on attendance with ticket.

Cancellation

Requests for cancellation must be made in writing and are subject to the following:

• No refunds will be given for cancellation made within one calendar month of the event start date, with the exception of bookings made within a month of the course start date which are entitled to the usual 7 day ‘cooling off’ period.
• 50% refund will be given for cancellation in the one to two month period before the event start date.
• Full refund less 10% administration fee for cancellation more than two months before the event start date.

If you are unable to attend any part of the event please advise Equal Adventure in writing at least one month in advance of the date/s. Every effort will be made to offer you an alternative, however this cannot be guaranteed. An administration charge may be applicable.

Transfer

Requests for event transfer must be made in writing. Every effort will be made to meet the request, however this cannot be guaranteed. An administration charge may be applicable.

Refunds

Refunds will only be made to the initial payee.

Data Protection

Apart from extracted statistical data, the information on this form will not be passed to any person or organisation without permission.
