Neil is a natural coach and mentor – skills that have been developed throughout his extensive military career. An experienced leader and manager, he has led diverse and often disparate teams on many occasions – ranging from small discreet units to full scale operational deployments in hostile and austere environments. With extensive exposure to operational risk, Neil is keenly aware of the benefit of effective Team Building and Team Development, based on trust and respect. From his background in military aviation, Neil developed his instructional skills to become a qualified Human Performance coach and Human Factor Facilitator. He is at ease motivating and challenging others to reach their full potential while meeting organisational objectives, and is a graduate of Joint Services Staff College. A strong advocate of both personal and professional development, Neil is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management (FInst LM) and Member of the Chartered Management Institute and was awarded an MSc in Leadership & Management. As an experienced team member, his keen analytical and organisational insights have resulted in immediate performance benefits to organisations. A qualified Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI®) facilitator, Neil is responsible for mentoring and coaching across a spectrum of organisations to realise potential. He combines excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to communicate confidently at all.
