Are you responsible for getting young people out of the classroom?
Are you working with a range of students in one class?
Can you get all of your students out of the classroom and into the outdoors?
Can you include your disabled students in outdoor activity as part of the National Curriculum?
If you feel that there are barriers and boundaries that must be climbed and crossed before you can begin to overcome these challenges then come to the Equal Adventure Lecture on 27th January 2010.
You will find answers to the following questions:
Can I envisage a way for people with impairments to enjoy the freedom of the outdoors?
Can I foresee a future when all the people in my charge can go on the expedition of a lifetime?
Can I encourage my staff to learn, to progress and to promote success?
This is your chance to get inspiration, guidance, support, equipment...
Be inspired by an evening of lectures given by some of the leading adventurers, athletes, coaches and representatives from disability and inclusive organisations across the UK.
