Challenge Yukon 2010 TOP

This event has been re-scheduled for 2010. If you are interested places are still available; please contact Equal Adventure for more information.

Challenge Yukon 09 is a twenty day inclusive fund-raising expedition by open canoe, from 1st-20th August 09. The Expedition is being run by our friends at www.ebadventures.com with technical support being supplied by the EA team.

Challenge Yukon 09 will raise funds for EA's work with injured ex-service personnel, and will help the EA team provide more equipment and technical support.

We are looking for 12 people to join Challenge Yukon for the journey of a lifetime, regardless of disability. We are also inviting individual and corporate sponsors to provide donations, both financial (from £1 to £3,000) and non-financial (equipment, foodstuffs, flights).

Summer Programme  TOP

We are planning to run a range of water based and land based activity weeks and short courses to challenge you and help you develop your outdoor skills regardless of whether you are a beginner or a more advanced outdoor adventurer.

We are currently planning; open canoeing, sea kayaking, hand-cycling and much more.

The focus for Equal Adventure's events in 2009 is to ensure that you can make a difference through adventure regardless of disability. Equal Adventure invites you to take part in a range of UK and International projects that will help you challenge yourself and make a positive difference to the lives of others at the same time.

Equal Adventure Lecture 2010 TOP

Say I can to inclusion....

For those responsible for getting young people out of the class room and into the outdoors safely. The EA lecture will help you find the answers to including disabled people in outdoor adventure and active life-styles.

An evening of inspirational lectures given by the leading disabled adventure athletes, coaches and representatives from disability and inclusive organisations across the UK.
