Are you a teacher, youth worker, sports coach, outdoor activities organiser or expedition leader?
If so, you can nominate a young person from your organisation for the Equal Adventure Bursary.
The Equal Adventure 'You Can' Bursary is a new and exciting scheme for young adults with disabilities, aged 16 - 24, who wish to go on their first self-supported expedition or scientific fieldwork.
Get Involved!
The ‘You Can!’ Bursary pack will help the applicant get involved in
planning their own adventure and also give them information on how
the EA Bursary might support them.
The applicants can take a moment to dream of their project while eating
the chocolate, then get to work using the pencil, create an outline plan
on the wrapper, and use the postcards to invite others to join them!
How to Apply
Applicants must first register to our website by clicking on the 'Sign Up'
link at the top of this page.
Applications will be accepted from September 2011, from when
applicants can access the Bursary Application form.
